Access all the channels and content from your Cox TV subscription right through the app! Make sure your device is connected to your Cox Wi-Fi network, and log into the Cox Contour TV app with your Cox account credentials.

AWFUL. Used to work on my ipad. Not anymore. You have to actually TRY to intentionally make something this terrible. Same error code as others - 00200. Tried everything suggested. My next step will be getting rid of Cox cable completely. Why pay for this terrible "product" that DOES NOT WORK?
In the last 2 weeks my app on my iPads have quit working, it gives me an error code tvapp 00200 . It worked fine for a couple of years but all of a sudden I can’t watch anything , fixing to cancel my contour if they can’t fix because it I can’t use it . Done tried resetting , deleted app reinstalled and nothing worked .
